Meet Lois

Founder of HeyLo

For more than a decade, I’ve worked in fast-paced offices within the Media and Creative sector as an Executive Assistant, managing everything from calendars and travel arrangements to expense reconciliation and pitch presentations. Along the way, I became the person colleagues affectionately described as their “admin angel” – someone they could turn to for support, whether they needed a problem solved, a listening ear, or a thoughtful solution tailored just for them. Adding that creative and personal touch was always the most rewarding part of my role, helping someone in a way that truly mattered.

Becoming the go-to person quickly became my favourite aspect of being an EA, and it was from this passion that HeyLo was born. I wanted to build a bespoke service designed around the unique needs of each person I partner with – where I could bring a depth of skills and experience, along with my heart, empathy and understanding, to craft solutions that genuinely fit each individual and their business.
